Australians Abroad a sister company of Australian Internships, formally established in 2008 is a specialist organisation dedicated to arranging educational based exchange programs operated within Australian Internships from 2003 to 2007, in 2008, Australians Abroad was registered as a separate organisation.

Australians Abroad partners with government agencies and program providers in key destinations throughout the world to provide programs and support services to Australian youth wishing to participate in an educational based exchange program. Australians Abroad is located in Park Road, Milton Brisbane. The team at Australians Abroad are a dedicated group who share a vision and commitment to the internationalization of young professionals.

Australians Abroad offers a range of exchange programs that deliver the perfect medium of living, working and studying abroad. The Queensland Government is actively supporting these programs as part of the Outward Mobility Project to encourage more internationalization amongst Queensland's students and young professionals.
